Maintenance and maintenance measures for high-pressure cleaning vehicles

Applications should be in accordance with the prescribed maintenance cycle time and maintenance projects, the high pressure cleaning vehicle to carry out maintenance on time, in order to make full use of the technical performance and economic benefits of the cleaning vehicle, increase the service life.

Each maintenance cycle time division is as follows:

Routine maintenance - carried out after daily operation;

Level 1 maintenance - 50 hours per operation;

Secondary maintenance - 250 hours per operation;

Three level maintenance - every 1000 hours of operation.

Note: Because the driving speed of the cleaning car is much smaller than that of the general car, the maintenance cycle time of each car is required by the specific number of working hours, the customer should create the application, maintenance and overhaul records of each car, carry out maintenance and maintenance on time, and can appropriately reduce the maintenance cycle time according to the specific application standards of the customer's region.
